jt walk & beach party
R D Lambert & Son is proud to be a participating partner in the annual JT Walk and Beach Party October 6, 2013. Over the years this event has raised millions to find a cure for ALS and provide services for those afflicted. New Contracts 
SIGNET BOWLING CENTER, Chesapeake, VA April 18, 2013

R D Lambert & Son has been selected as Design–Builder for the Signet Bowling Center project in Chesapeake, Virginia. R D Lambert will be managing the construction as well as the Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering for the project and will coordinate with the owner directed Architectural firm of Retnauer Baynes Associates.

The project consists of design and construction of an 11,200 square foot addition to the Signet Family Life Center located at 884 Bells Mill Road on the campus of Mt Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with a brick and E.I.F.S. façade. The design includes eight professional grade bowling lanes with state of the art equipment and scoring as well as designated areas for video games, concessions and billiards.

Design for the project is under way and construction should begin in early summer. Occupancy of the facility is scheduled for December of 2013.
